Re-done self-portrait: Black, white, and brown Conte crayon (I may have used black charcoal as well... can't remember). Background elements and more "character" added to this one. Much better I think.

Black charcoal, white paint (at least I think it was paint... didn't quite catch that part) on brown paper. I believe these were each 45 minute studies. Not my best work, but it was interesting to work with these materials.
